As an employer I see why this app is loved, as an employee I like it at first but now the app sends me notifications everyday multiple times a day telling me I have a message. I click the notification and it reads “nothing to see here” I turned off notifications completely. This defeats the purpose of feedback from my employer as I won’t know the moment I get a message and I most likely will never check the app unless I’m told to now.

lags a lot to the point where i have to keep restarting the app to use it. i can see the concept being beneficial in a remote work setting but there’s better ways to give people feedback.

Upfront is a great tool to help boost moral! It provides the opportunity to stay on top of your employees performances & really helps create a nice boss/employee foundation. It even allows you to send mass updates/objectives. Wanna stay organized? This is a go.
