App looks great but won’t let me buy anything. No matter what it says I can not buy anything Please fix.

Ok so this App was working perfectly fine at first and I was definitely enjoying it. It happened first on my iPad where I would place an order for some shares and the app would then take the money and not give me any stocks. It would then show I had -$28,000. This then also happened on my iPhone when I was trying to buy some more stocks. Please fix this issue I still want to use this app.

The prices are real time, The layout of the app is very user friendly. Great app with one issue. The app crashes quite often for me. But otherwise great!
