I’ve read s couple of reviews and I really hope the developers can add estimated time of grounding, location of container and the ability to change location for where I dropped container. Dear developers go download BNSF railpass. Go ahead and take a look on how user friendly and easy it is to use that app. Now go duplicate it and delete this garbage. I’m not sure what’s worse your garbage app or your garbage rail yards. ### 1/5 — Checking UP *2019-11-01, version 1.1.2* This app is worthless if you want to check location or find out if it was grounded. It ask all the information you can get when you are in there. Without chassis number or seal number it will not accept your input. So I don’t know if it’s still on the train. It is only good if box is mounted on chassis and parked, otherwise it is worthless. I got better info when I call. Why you don’t see how competitors do it. Then when all other fields are completed and I hit submit, it comes back with an error stating I need to input the tractor license! Hey guys, you gotta do better than this. It’s freakin 2021, how hard is it to test the app before releasing it. I was hoping that maybe you could make some changes. -when I close the app to check my email the app always goes back to the completed missions page. This makes it super hard to enter info. - finding an empty is currently not that helpful because half of the empties that are in the yard don’t appear on the app. Not sure why it’s like this. It showed a container in one spot for a couple weeks and it’s not actually there. - the previous issue could be resolved by a error button of some sort. -never lets me check the buck slip from the completed missions section. -also another thing I would change is the ability to report if the twist locks on the chassis don’t want to open. Besides the chassis defect option because it’s not defective just the container isn’t compatible with those twist locks.
