Для меня это приложение стало настоящим открытием! Столько новой и полезной информации о технике и дыхании. Тренировки Ирины научили меня обращать внимание на то, как я двигаюсь и сижу. После занятий по этому курсу я заметила, что по-другому сижу за рулем и стала лучше контролировать свою осанку.

Я давно тренируюсь, но спина для меня всегда была не в приоритете. Думала, что, тренируя все мышцы, спина тоже будет в порядке. Как я ошибалась! Благодаря Ирине и ее курсу "ТЕЛО ОСАНКА ПИЛАТЕС" я теперь понимаю, что здоровая спина и осанка — это основа здорового и красивого тела.

Ежедневные тренировки по 30 минут очень дисциплинируют. Этот формат для меня супер удобный. Приложение просто супер, рекомендую всем! Жаль, что всему этому не учат с раннего возраста — это невероятно полезные и важные уроки и тренировки. Большое спасибо за такой крутой fitness app!

Как мама маленьких детей, у меня совсем нет времени на поездки в спортзал. Врач посоветовал мне заняться пилатесом для улучшения осанки и общего самочувствия. Я установила приложение Upgrade Pilates и осталась в полном восторге!
Это приложение оказалось именно тем, что мне нужно. Я могу заниматься дома, не отвлекаясь от детей. Удобный формат тренировок по 30 минут прекрасно вписывается в мой плотный график. Подробные инструкции от Ирины помогают мне быть уверенной в том, что я выполняю упражнения правильно. Это первое фитнес-приложение, где так детально объясняют технику выполнения.
С начала занятий я почувствовала значительные улучшения. Моя осанка стала лучше, спина меньше болит, и в целом я чувствую себя гораздо лучше. Занятия разнообразные и интересные, поэтому никогда не скучно.

Приложение Upgrade Pilates стало для меня настоящим спасением! У меня были постоянные боли в спине и проблемы с осанкой, и я искала что-то, что помогло бы мне решить эти проблемы. 
Курс "ТЕЛО ОСАНКА ПИЛАТЕС" оказался именно тем, что нужно.
Ирина объясняет все очень доступно и понятно. Тренировки разнообразные и интересные, они помогли мне понять, как важно правильно двигаться и дышать. Теперь я обращаю внимание на свою осанку не только во время тренировок, но и в повседневной жизни..
Каждая тренировка длится всего 30 минут, что идеально вписывается в мой график. Этот формат очень удобный, мне очень нравится, что тренировки можно выполнять дома, и не нужно тратить время на дорогу до спортзала.
Приложение действительно супер! Рекомендую его всем, кто хочет улучшить свое здоровье и осанку

Установил чтобы заниматься дома пилатесом. Врач порекомендовал мне его из-за проблем со спиной и осанкой. 

Искал именно на русском, но сомневался, что пилатес для меня, думал, это больше женский фитнес. Однако, начав, понял, что ошибался.

Инструкции четкие и понятные, тренировки разнообразные. 

Дйствительно чувствую улучшение осанки, спина стала меньше болеть, и увеличилось количество энергии. Каждая тренировка длится около 30 минут, что вписывается в мой график. 

Мне было важно: много объяснений техники выполнения упражнений (я новичок). 

Уже через несколько дней я заметил улучшения, буду заниматься дальше!

Рекомендую от души.
