I was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt. The update has failed after dozens of attempts. Now my suito will connect to Zwift, but it says there’s no signal. All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged and plugged in the power cord several times, and have cycled off/on my phone’s Bluetooth. My phone has a strong connection to WiFi and mobile data is turned on. Do not bother unless you are not planning to ride inside anytime soon, and can wait for 3-4 days until customer service can reach back out to you. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2023-12-06* Anmelden funktioniert, danach gar nichts mehr. Update meines Suito war in 5 Minuten erledigt. Zwift und Co vor dem Start beenden, damit Bluetooth für Upgrado frei ist, sonst kann sich die App nicht mit dem Smarttrainer koppeln.
