• Greg knows when to push and when to hold back, so you build up at a sustainable pace

RECORD YOUR SESSIONS
• Accurate GPS for running, cycling and trail — even with the screen locked
• Bluetooth sensors: heart rate, power and cadence
• Audio cues (pace, heart rate, laps) and GPX route guidance with off-course alerts

EVERYTHING SYNCS
• Automatic import from Strava, Polar and Apple Health
• Your complete training log: map, paces, zones, splits and power

STEER YOUR PROGRESS
• Greg Score and Daily Brief tell you what to do, every morning
• Training load (CTL / ATL / TSB), trends and freshness
• Race goals with event suggestions near you

Whether you're chasing your first 10K or an Ironman, Greg adapts to your level and your schedule. Download UpGreg and start training smarter today.
