This is the biggest one. The interface, integration, and time that it will make you save is beyond comprehension. I have been able to sit and be present with my clientele far more than I ever have before professionally. Yes, we make our clientele sign a consent form for this before therapy begins though I absolutely could not do my job now without this tool. The only suggestion I have at this point is to allow multiple notes to be automatically created, not just one. The reason for this is my workflow takes significantly longer than it could if I was able to produce my note for documentation as well as the client summary automatically. For every patient I have to go in and manually create a client summary in addition to my clinical note. That would be my only suggestion moving forward. It’s very easy to jump quickly from client to client if I’m running late as uploads take about 10 seconds.
