In just one minute, you can place your phone on a desk and receive a comprehensive measurement.

[Exercise Program]
With over 100 exercise videos available, you can take control of your health and improve your condition. 
Our personalized exercise recommendations will help you make progress every day. 
Plus, our exercise library is filled with cervical neck stretching and strengthening exercises that are tailored to your needs.

[Dashboard] 
Our exercise dashboard provides a quick overview of your daily exercise routine. 
It displays the total exercise time, the exercises you completed, and your favorite exercises.

[My Results]
Access "My Results" to view a report on your current status, including the results of your survey and motion assessment. 
You can retake the survey by selecting "Pain Questionnaire" whenever you like.
Additionally, if you'd like to redo your posture and movement analysis, simply choose "Posture and Motion Assessment" to get started!
