I had just reached K level after spending a lot to support my idol, and suddenly my account was signed out. When I tried logging back in, it said my email could not be found. I did not delete my account, yet it now appears to no longer exist. I’ve invested both time and money into this platform and can’t access the account I worked hard for. What’s even more frustrating is that UPICK has not responded to my multiple support requests. Did you delete my account? Why does my email suddenly not exist? I went to log back in, and UPick acted like it didn’t exist. Then when I tried to enter the same email I’d used before, it told me I couldn’t because the account already existed. Deleting and trying again. ### 1/5 — Very obvious manipulation for profit *2025-02-14, version 2.7.3* Upick has consistently manipulated the vote counts of high-stakes competitions (all the global choice upick awards), subtly erasing the point difference between competitors during jams expiration so that they will spend even more money to win in the end. They are completely dishonest and should be audited for fraud. They also exploited fans by adding extra jam buying events (literally 1-2 every day) to pressure them to buy votes to keep up with competition. This is one of the nastiest apps I have ever used and the owners are some money-hungry pigs. ### 1/5 — Buying votes for a popularity award… *2025-02-13, version 2.7.3* If an award is designated as a popularity award, should the app allow fan bases to purchase votes? Changing his name from Heeseung to Evan, then to Evan Heeseung, and now to only Evan is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Heeseung is, and will always be, a member of ENHYPEN. These arbitrary changes create confusion among fans and show a lack of respect for both the artist and the fandom. Platforms like yours should prioritize accuracy and professionalism, especially when representing well-known artists. Due to this issue, I have decided to delete my account and uninstall your application. I cannot support a platform that handles artists in such a careless and inconsistent manner. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary corrections.
