## What is Upkit; Medication Reminder?

Upkit is a medication reminder and a personal health record — and the history it keeps is a document you can hand to your doctor.

No account. No sign-up. Your health records are stored encrypted on your device.

MEDICATION SCHEDULING THAT HANDLES REAL REGIMENS
- Multi-stage prescriptions, "as-needed" (PRN) medications and complex intervals
- Take a dose, skip it with a recorded reason, or snooze — straight from the notification
- Catch up on past doses in two taps
- Stock tracking and refill reminders before you run out
- Pause a schedule or archive a finished course without losing its history

YOUR HEALTH PROFILE
Medications are only half the picture.
- Health conditions, with onset, diagnosis and status history over time
- Healthcare providers — your doctors, specialists and pharmacists
- Healthcare facilities — the clinics and hospitals you actually visit
- Everything links: see which medications treat which condition, and which provider manages them, from either direction

HISTORY YOU CAN ACTUALLY SHARE
- Every dose taken, skipped, unmarked or taken as needed, plus stock changes and general log entries
- Filter by date range and dose status, and choose whether to include stock and general logs — the result count updates as you choose
- Export any medication's history as a PDF or CSV, for your doctor, your pharmacist or your insurer
- Every report states its reporting period and exactly which record types were included and excluded — and tells the reader when a filter hid something. A partial record can never be mistaken for a complete one.
- Exports are generated only when you ask for them, and cleaned up automatically afterwards

PRIVACY, STATED PLAINLY
- On-device storage: your health records are stored encrypted on your device. No account, no cloud copy.
- No ads, no data mining, no third-party marketing trackers
- Anonymous app-usage analytics are off by default. You choose during setup and can change it any time in Settings. Your health data is never part of it.
- Lock the app with a PIN, Face ID or Touch ID
- Delete a single medication or wipe everything, whenever you want
- The one exception, stated plainly: if you search for a clinic address, that search text is sent to Google Maps to find matching places. Nothing else leaves your device.

ALSO IN UPKIT
- Calendar view — your whole schedule on one visual timeline
- Adherence streaks and detailed logs, so you see the pattern and not just the day
- Light, Dark, Night, or follow your system setting

Upkit is for people who need a reliable, distraction-free tool for serious health management — and who expect to own their own health record.

Upkit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
