They throw you into some automated stuff then it’s impossible to get help when something isn’t. I had to cancel for personal reasons, and yet 4 months later they are still charging me. I have an email of them actually responding saying everything was cancelled yet the charges persist. I have changed the card but I still get emails of failed attempt after failed attempt. Anyways, system is decent. Customer service ruined this for me. ### 5/5 — Streamlined SMS for Gym Owners *2019-12-29, version 1.0* As a small gym owner, I’ve been using UpLaunch for well over two years now. It redefined our lead and client work flow into a robustly streamlined experience! I love the automation, but I especially love the accountability in making sure I still reach out to my leads personally. This app lets me do that right from my phone! It’s a great way to “WOW” your leads by being attentive and responsive to their needs. It also streamlines the SMS communications from our current members into one central hub so they aren’t texting different staff members (which can lead to awful miscommunication even when done with good intent). I can’t say enough good things about this software and how it has helped redefine our communications to be MUCH more engaging and nurturing — for both our leads and clients! ### 5/5 — Amazing platform and app! *2019-12-28, version 1.0* We use UpLaunch to run our CrossFit gym and I can’t believe how many more leads we are converting and how many members are sticking around longer!
