This app is amazing! Fun, encouraging, full of wisdom and God’s truth. It has become my go to app when I don’t know how to pray, when I need a pep talk, when I need restoration, encouragement and reassurance. I use it every day to stay anchored in Christ.

I love this app. It has been encouraging on so many levels. Thank you, Ally. 

My only suggestion is that it would not make us sign in again and again. 

Waking up in the middle of the night, I reach for this app, but signing in again adds so much light that my chances of going back to sleep go down rapidly. Other than that this is a wonderful tool!

This app is truly wonderful. It’s not too much. It’s not too little. It gives you a place to listen, read, and write. You can do as much or as little as you want or have time for within the app. It’s perfect for any age and anyone that is walking with the Lord whether it be for just a few months or a lifetime.

I loved how visually appealing the app was upon opening. The color scheme and the organization of the different sections is fantastic. I especially loved the spin the wheel surprise me feature and used it a few times while on a recent trip. The simplicity of the quick activities was great while traveling and allowed me to stay grounded in God’s word and regulated emotionally. It is easy to navigate and find an activity to fit your schedule and emotional/spiritual needs. The daily truths have been fantastic for connecting to God’s word. I also used the coaching feature to find meals to support hormone health and loved the suggestions and recipes it provided. This app is wholistic and is a great tool for emotional/spiritual/physical/relational growth. As a therapist I can see myself recommending it to clients as a daily tool to use in their own journeys with God and growth. 

Spin the wheel is my favorite feature.  This is such a quick and easy way to ground oneself and destress or find joy. I love how these activities are specifically designed to be 10 minutes or less. It allows for a guaranteed effective activity to be done with any schedule.

I love the ease and simplicity of this app. It has everything you need all in one place to set a selfcare routine in regards to your mental and spiritual health. The coaching section is like getting a mini-coaching session right when you need it. Journal prompts speak right to my stage of life.

If you ever find yourself stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or just in need of some encouragement, Uplift is for you!! I restrict my phone apps mostly to essentials, and this one makes the cut. This app clearly was thoughtfully engineered to infuse your life with peace, strength, encouragement, and truth. My favorites are the prayers— short enough if I only have a few minutes, yet specific to so many applicable life situations, and always full of hope and encouragement. The pep talks also give me such a boost when needed! 🙌 

I also love that almost everything on this app can be *listened to* in audio form, firstly because it reduces my time staring at a screen, and secondly because Alli’s voice is like honey. 

Thankful to Alli Worthington for creating something so life-giving to cut through the app-world of overwhelm/comparison/etc— this is just what we need!!

Uplift has been such an added joy to my life.  It not only helps me start off on grounded sound start but it makes me feel seen and known and heard.  There is a little bit of something in there for everyone and each circumstance. When I am stressing in the midst of the chaos of my day or when I feel like I need to be understood I have looked in uplift and found an encouraging motivating short nugget that has filled that need!  All around a great app by a wonderful soul who has a heart for Jesus and His children!
