Uplift gives you a place to write about what you are going through, share with others when you want to, and support people through their own experiences. Whether you need somewhere to get your thoughts out, reflect privately, or feel understood by others, Uplift gives you space to do it your way. Pages Create Pages to express what is on your mind. Start with a blank Page or use a template, then make it your own with backgrounds, text, GIFs, and stickers. Pages can be simple thoughts, longer reflections, check-ins with yourself, something you are proud of, or something you just need to get out. Journals Add your Pages to Journals based on what you want to talk about. Explore topics including anxiety, depression, friendships, relationships, grief, personal growth, self-love, small wins, random thoughts, and more. Journals make it easier to find conversations and experiences that feel relevant to you. Private Journals Some thoughts are just for you. Create Private Journals and keep Pages that you do not want to share with the community. Pages added to your Private Journals are only visible to you. We’ve also added a new Hug reaction, I Relate, so you can show someone that you understand what they’re going through. ### 3.0.10 — 2026-08-21 This update improves app stability and fixes an issue that could cause Uplift to close unexpectedly during certain actions. Crash reporting has also been improved to help identify and resolve issues faster. ### 3.0.9 — 2026-08-20 This update adds new Pages templates, including Marked Safe From, Girl Dinner and Should I Go to Work. It also fixes issues with template text not appearing correctly with certain styles, delayed Notifications loading while scrolling, sticker and GIF pinch-to-zoom, and GIF/sticker search when typing separate words. Other UI, font and performance fixes are included. ### 3.0.6 — 2026-08-17 Uplift 3.0 is here with a completely redesigned way to share and support each other. Create Pages to share thoughts, feelings, updates and creative posts. Find your space through Journals covering topics like mental health, relationships, school, work, family, friendships and more. You can also create Private Journals for entries that are only visible to you, and personalize Pages with templates, backgrounds, fonts, colors, stickers and GIFs. Explore has been updated so you can discover Pages, people and Journals more easily. Pages now support reactions including Hug, I'm Here, You Got This and Proud of You, along with replies and threaded conversations. This update also includes new profiles, avatars, badges, dark mode support, performance improvements and bug fixes. Uplift Essentials is now available as an optional subscription with additional customization options. Support Rooms have been removed as Uplift moves to the new Pages and Journals experience.
