This looks like an awesome app! ### 4/5 — Beautiful but freezes a lot *2022-10-28, version 3.8.0* Lovely app easy to use, loads of content, love brett! However the app frequently freezes / gets stuck esp on resources pages requiring deletion and reloading. ### 1/5 — Can’t use it *2022-08-02, version 3.6.4* I paid for this app yesterday, anxious to do the kundalini challenge the next day. Going through phases of daily practice for a couple weeks and then nothing for days, weeks, sometimes even months at a time. Since joining Uplifted I’ve done more yoga in 2 years than I had in the previous six. The app is so well organized, with classes grouped by training plan, level, type of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, restorative, self-myofascial release), and my favorite TIMES! EVEN if you ONLY HAVE 5 MIN there are yoga and meditation classes for you. There are 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, all the way up to 75 min or longer classes, something to match whatever time and mood you have. Brett also introduced me to Kundalini Yoga which has been absolutely lifechanging. The cost is worth every penny and more.
