My experience with Uplifty has been really great. The free support groups moderators were helpful, supportive and understanding, Support groups are comfortable space.
Later I booked one on one session through uplifts. The overall process was simple and convenient

I got both of my legs fractured & have been bedridden since 5 months. Uplifty really helped with get on terms with this situations. They have got the best therapists on board.

I joined the support group for addiction to try and get help for my doom scrolling habit. Apart from the members of the support group, the moderators were very supportive and guided me to understand my addiction. They also gave me useful tools to make me work towards getting over my addiction.
