However under the new owners any development seems to have stopped and the app seems so outdated and often doesn’t work as it should. ### 2/5 — Same issues for YEARS *2025-08-14, version 3.4.3* Same issues as the other reviews - initial implementation that never got improved… for years of the same complaints. Please fix this bug ### 2/5 — Uplisting Control is Lacking *2024-08-21, version 2.8.1* If you're an Uplisting user, you're better off using the web interface (works best on your computer, as the mobile web version doesn't display well.) The app provides no management functions (other than calendar) that you normally get when logged in to the web interface (uplisting.io) such as marking checked-in, checked-out, rental agreements, etc. I will say it does do calendar management and messaging management well (the ONLY functions it has,) but I find it irritating that I don't have all of my normal control that I get when I log in online. A very basic app, for sure. Better to just create a shortcut icon on your phone that takes you to the mobile version so that you can have full control rather than using this extremely dumbed-down and limited app (Google or ask ChatGPT how to create a web page shortcut for your specific mobile operating system if you don't know how. It creates what looks like an app icon that opens up and loads a web page in your mobile browser when you click on it.) ### 1/5 — Crashes immediately on startup *2024-05-28, version 2.7.7* I was previously having an issue where every time I started up the app it wanted me to re-login, so I updated the app to the latest version 2.7.7 and now the app won’t even start up, it immediately crashes when you tap on the icon. Rebooted the phone and deleted/reinstalled the app but neither helped. It’s really too bad, the web interface has worked well but I really need to be able to access things on the go. iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 16.0.3. ### 2/5 — The application crashes on iPhone 11Pro *2024-05-24, version 2.7.7* The app doesn’t open at all on IPhone 11Pro. Once you press on the icon, a black screen appears and application immediately closes. Reinstalling didn’t help. Needs some urgent updates *2023-05-14, version 2.0.0* Let me start by saying the launch of this app has been very helpful but there are a few urgent updates that would make it attain 5stars 1. Can you add the contact details view. At the moment one cannot see the phone numbers to contact from the app and have to log in via a computer. 2. Very urgent!! Can you enable push notifications for bookings and messages. So far no notification comes when there is a new booking or message meaning one has to view the app every second. This is exhausting. Once these two have been updated I can drop a 5star and other minor updates could be done over time. ### 3/5 — Only a messaging app *2022-10-21, version 1.2.7* Having just joined Uplisting I am very happy with everything apart from one thing… there is no app. Well there is this app but it is only for messaging and viewing the booking details of each guest. Literally every other platform has a fully functional app. The work around is to log into Safari which is not very good. If I had realised this I may have reconsidered this platform. However, not including the combined calendar for each property in the app is just a enormous miss.
