I know this app is more meant for the 660 or V4 but I wish there were more exhaust specific tunes for the 457. The app connection also did not work one time, sitting at 1% for 30 minutes during a flash forcing me to quit and restart. So it’s a little buggy but overall I think it works pretty well. ### 4/5 — Ducati *2021-04-20* Definitely needs some software updates because it kept “loosing connection” when I was trying to download the map and the app is a little outdated. Solo a me non funzionano le opzioni nella descrizione come: live camera route ecc ecc? ### 5/5 — Up map se non ci fossi bisognerebbe inventarti *2020-07-24, version 1.9* Un’ app molto utile che unita al t800 creano un connubio indispensabile per i motociclisti , poter rimappare la centralina della propria moto in comodità da casa è un piena sicurezza è favoloso. E l’assistenza sia pre che post vendita è da 110 con lode e bacio accademico , si sente che sono spinti dalla passione . Grazie ### 2/5 — App UpMap T800 su Africa twin 1000 2017 *2020-05-27, version 1.9* Ad essere sincero mi aspettavo un po’ di più da Termignoni, non tanto in termini di prestazioni. L’app è incompleta. Non si possono avviare nuove sessioni.. una volta comprata la mappa non verrà più aggiornata e ottimizzata.. quella è e quella resterà. Su crf 1000 non si vedono le marce inserite.. La sonda lambda viene disattivata elettronicamente e il tecnico Termignoni consiglia di lasciarla attaccata al connettore ma toglierla dallo scarico (inserendo un tappo) e legarla al telaio con fascette. Ho provato a comprare pure un esclusore di sonda lampda che però non ha funzionato.. O meglio funziona solo sulla crf 1000 anno 2016! Sulla 2017 s quelle successive la centralina non permette l’inserimento di un esclusore di sonda lambda. Insomma dopo aver speso 1200 euro per lo scarico intero e altre 320 per la centralina upmap T800 non posso che rimanere poco soddisfatto.. Spero che si impegnino un po’ di più e mettano in atto quanto promesso.. A saperlo prima magari avrei preso un power commander!! ### 2/5 — Non va *2020-05-20, version 1.9* Non riesco ad aprire lo store delle mappe. L’appli pourait être optimisée, le choix de la langue ne se conserve pas, il faut reselectionner a chaque fois. L’affichage des pages du store est un peu lent. A part cela tout est bon. Moto débridée avec succès en 5 / 10 min avec possibilité de remettre la cartographie d’origine à tout moment. Necesito una solución ### 1/5 — X-adv *2017-12-14, version 1.5.0* Ho bisogno che qualcuno capace sia in grado di far funzionare la UpMap. Non è possibile che non si riesca a risolvere il problema... Spiego velocemente: Possessore di Honda X-Adv. Al termine della semplice procedura quando fa selezionare la moto, dice fine per completare, ed è li che iniziano i miei problemi. Il dispositivo si disconnette dal Bluetooth e non c’è verso di farlo riconnettere devo rifare la procedura che nuovamente da errore. Spero che sia solo L inizio e che si possa vedere in futuro in evoluzione di questa app. Un appunto lo devo fare: Manca la mappa per hypermotard 939.... 😉 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App issues *2024-11-16, version 2.2.6* After spending multiple hundreds of pounds you would have thought they would have a good app for it I guess not as I got to the first step which is configuring it to find out even though it tells you where to plug in the device if you have an Aprilia but then doesn’t give you the Aprilia option to configure the device tried calling for help and they didn’t answer my call tried emailing them still haven’t heard from them then filled out the contact form on the website still haven’t heard from them so looking like I might have just wasted a couple hundred pounds on something that doesn’t even work and wasted my time trying hoping people see this before buying so hopefully they won’t waste there money too ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2022-04-26* I have tried to email them but I keep getting an error message, getting frustrated as well ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2021-01-27, version 2.0.10* I tried installing the t800 on my ‘18 V4 and it was a horrible experience. The unit is glitchy and ultimately froze and corrupted my ECU turning my bike into a paperweight. I then had to return my bike to my dealer and pay to have the factory map reinstalled. After many emails back and forth with upmap they have wiped their hands of my case and have done nothing to help. Worst experience and I can only say to spend the extra cash and get a proper tune done . I get constant errors and when I login via their website it says that there are no devices registered to my account or motorcycles associated with the account. Very frustrating. So far, no response from the developer through email/Facebook/Instagram ### 1/5 — Does not log in *2018-11-07* Keeps giving error 403 messages when trying to log in. When trying to log in through google account it says user is already registered. As for the app it’s only needed to remap the bike and that’s it so it does the job ### 5/5 — Well executed and perfectly designed! *2025-03-09, version 2.2.8* UpMap for Ducati Streetfighter/Panigale is so much easier than the other programs I have used in the past. I recently installed a set of Termi slip-on exhausts on my 2024 Ducati Streetfighter V4S. As everyone knows, Termi exhausts come with UpMap and 1 free map. Albeit, I found Termignoni Italy is a pain to deal with but UpMap customer service is phenomenal. I had some issues connecting my iPhone initially but it was sorted out pretty quickly. And the application is super easy to use and I haven't had any issues whatsoever, currently ridden over 800kms. I would recommend UpMap to anyone who has a Ducati. The app worked flawlessly. As for the ecu maps, Bikes are absolutely perfect now. Easily the best money I have spent on my bike. Also if you have any issues, the customer service is amazing, they will sort any issue so fast. Great device, great service and just a great company.
