## What is Upmark?

You do not need another alarm. You need a reason to get out of bed.

Upmark rings, then asks for proof: walk 30 steps in 60 seconds. Turning the alarm off does nothing. Only the walk counts — and Upmark records exactly how many minutes after your alarm you finally got up.

ONE PROMISE, THREE CHANCES
Set one wake time. Upmark arms three alarms, ten minutes apart.

7:00 — up on your alarm
7:10 — about ten minutes late
7:20 — last chance

Any completed walk keeps the morning. Which alarm you needed is the score.

THE LAST CHANCE SOUNDS DIFFERENT
The first two alarms use the sound you picked. The third one does not. It is harsh on purpose and you cannot change it. The reason to get up on the first alarm is never having to hear the third.

IT RINGS THROUGH SILENT AND FOCUS
Upmark schedules real system alarms, the same way the built-in Clock app does. They break through Silent and Focus, and they appear on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

SAY WHY, TONIGHT
Write one line before bed. Gym before work. Flight at 9. It becomes the alarm title on your Lock Screen, the prompt while you walk, and the first thing you read if you miss. Or hold the record button and leave yourself ten seconds of your own voice — it plays back while you are walking.

REQUIREMENTS
iPhone running iOS 26.1 or later. Motion & Fitness access is required — it is how the walk is counted. Step data is read for under a minute each morning and never leaves your phone.

MEMBERSHIP
Upmark is a subscription with a free trial. The length and the price are shown before you confirm and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
