Te cobran y su sistema no funciona ni para 10 mensajes al día falla demasiado y no tienen supporte más que en área de cobranza

Últimamente la aplicación Web y la app han tenido muchas fallas. Se han reportado a los desarrolladores pero están muy saturados y no dan respuestas efectivas ya que mencionan que ya quedó solucionado pero vuelven a aparecer las fallas.

La versión web es de mucha utilidad para tener la información de los prospectos y clientes. Lo cual tener y contar con la aplicación móvil de Upnify hace que pueda revisar la información de mi empresa en cualquier lugar.

Llevo casi 2 años utilizando la plataforma, lo que me ha facilitado el seguimiento de mis prospectos y de oportunidades de venta. En cuanto a los recordatorios de actividades me funciona de maravilla ya que la plataforma en la aplicación móvil también es muy amigable, por lo cual en notificaciones desde el celular me avisa de pendientes y les puedo dar seguimiento incluso desde mi móvil. Ha facilitado también que por ese seguimiento oportuno se puedan generar de mejor manera y más en protocolo las ventas. Utilizar el n CMR como Upnify para el trabajo que desarrolló dentro de la empresa y que es el area comercial me a apoyado mucho.
