buongiorno, nel momento in cui ho necessità di rilevare la presenza si chiude all'istante l'applicazione e non ci sono aggiornamenti necessari. Come posso fare?

Nel 2024 esistono purtroppo ancora app che crashano diverse volte nell’arco della giornata. Frequenti bug che rendono difficile la visualizzazione delle lezioni e la registrazione della presenza. Dark mode non ottimizzata con frequenti “zone bianche” sullo schermo. Da migliorare.

Dico solo che non c’è modo dì visualizzare i restanti caratteri di “Dipartimento di Scienze ed innovazione tec…”. Come faccio a capire quale è Alessandria e quale Novara? Senza parole.

Dovrebbe essere un’app intuitiva e funzionale, invece è inspiegabilmente complicata e, come sul sito, è difficile trovare le informazioni che servono. L’ho disinstallata dopo che per qualche motivo ha rimosso uno dei miei corsi e di conseguenza la prenotazione del posto a lezione. Andrebbe messa una richiesta di conferma per questo tipo di azioni per evitare di fare qualcosa per errore o perché si preme il pulsante sbagliato non essendo questi affatto chiari. Inoltre la fruizione non è decisamente ottimizzata per iPhone XS.
