Desde que habéis actualizado a esta app cuando se va la luz en casa el módulo se desconecta del wifi y ya no se conecta de nuevo teniendo que volver a programar toda la app como si fuese una nueva vivienda. Hacer el favor de solucionarlo porque es desesperante ### 1/5 — As of now: do not buy Uponor! *2025-07-18, version 1.0.2* With the new app, you can only access your heating by chance. I am glad that it is summer currently. The old app had it‘s UX issues but at least worked reliable. The new app did not improve UX significantly (but now comes with AI!) but has massive connection issues. In contrast to other home appliance companies, there is even not an easily accessible web access with your credentials. Thus, no fallback. The app help does not help at all (yes, the LED is green, yes, I want to connect to my only installation, EOF.) While the additional wifi module is quite expensive for a WiFi controller, it lacks MQTT or similar protocol support to let you connect directly from your home assistant server via local network. I have tried to connect to my wifi network multiple times and I always get an error message once I finish the installation process. I have tried with different WiFi configurations. Nothing. Error para editar o cambiar datos personales. Un auténtico desastre. Vas a “soporte y ayuda” y se te abre un link para rellenar datos en Google sheets. Lamentable. No se como pueden comercializar estos productos para instalaciones en nuevos hogares. Es lässt sich die eigentlich „Smart“ gedachte Steuerung der Heizung via mobile device nicht aktivieren. Sehr bedauerlich, da diese Funktion mit ein Grund für die Umstellung auf das System waren. Versuche der letzen Monate die Funktion wieder zu aktivieren, liefen leider fehl. Von Seiten Uponor gibt es keine Meldung hierzu und auch keinen Support. I’ve had nothing but trouble, the app constantly loses connection and the only way to re-establish the connection is to reset the system. Very difficult to do remotely😤. Also, the app does not support large text which renders it pretty useless for anybody with less than average vision. Comp on Uponor, sort this out! The actual system is actually faultless, just let down by this very poor app. The previous version was much better! ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Good app but… *2025-11-23, version 1.0.3* Such a huge improvement over the previous version. That said ca I suggest a couple of things: 1) when selecting Temporary ECO the date should default to today and the time to the end of the next ECO period; 2) provide an option to advance to the state indicated by the next state scheduled I.e. manually switch the heating on or off but keep the schedule going rather than having to remember to switch it on/off manually again. ### 4/5 — No choice *2025-06-21, version 1.0.1* I had no choice but to download the new app. I had real difficulty connecting to it. The controller was connecting to my WiFi but the app didn’t recognize my device. I contacted Uponor support who responded promptly. Their advice was to reset the controller by holding the button on it down for ten seconds. I was reluctant to do that fearing a reset could make things worse. So I then deleted the new app. I then downloaded it again. After a few hours it restored connectivity and it worked properly which was nice! But I did spend hours faffing around prior to that. It now works and does seem more stable and robust than previous app ### 2/5 — Very frustrating *2025-09-27, version 1.0.2* Great when it works but loses connection, resetting it doesn’t work 9 times out of 10, now I have no installation under my account and I can’t use the heating. Fortunately they are helpful on the phone. We have loads of other home systems - battery, ev charger, radiator thermostat which just work.
