### 3/5 — SSID field clears while typing and pasting

*2026-10-04*

The Wi-Fi setup screen in UPPAbaby Connect will not accept a network name for the Mamaroo Smart Swing. The SSID field clears itself before I can finish typing. Pasting does the same thing. I tested with just “abc” and that cleared too, so this is not a special character, a space, or autocorrect.
iPhone, current app version, Bluetooth already connected. Location, Local Network, and Bluetooth permissions are on. VPN and Private Relay are off. Reinstalling did not fix it. Because the field never keeps a value, the swing cannot be joined to Wi-Fi.
