I’m selling my home and this app gave me the same price as my Realtor! So user friendly, a baby boomer could figure it out! ### 5/5 — Dead on *2018-09-26, version 1.5* This app was dead on with our appraised home value, I was surprised with the accuracy. Super user friendly too. I plugged in my mom’s address and she was blown away at her home’s value (even before the upgrades!) Every homeowner should have this app, gives you valuable information on the value of your home in seconds. Plus works as a great compass when you want to refinance or make home improvements. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-12-25, version 1.7* Can’t even Upraze a house!! It says “does not have address” I tried a bunch of addresses it doesn’t work at all it seems like this app has constant problems and no one is trying to fix them! ### 1/5 — No network *2019-05-13, version 1.7* Been trying all weekend to login and no network found. ### 1/5 — Not worth installing *2019-04-16, version 1.7* I used Zillow previously to gauge my homes value and whenever it was followed up with a full appraisal, it came out within 5% margin of error. With this app, my house is coming out at 50% of current Zillow value. In addition, I recently talked to a realtor and the average transactions of comparables is coming in right in the +-5% range. This app claims to be developed by realtors. I believe that the developers should consider an alternate career path as this app is a dead birth. ### 1/5 — Hot garbage *2019-01-07, version 1.7* This app is awful. Can’t even sign up. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time—Doesn’t work! *2018-11-06, version 1.7* This app doesn’t work. It gives the same value of a home even if you change the amount of beds, baths and sq ft. So a 4 bed 1 bath w 1 car garage 2400sq ft home is valued the same as a 6 bed 4 bath 3800sq ft home with a 3 car garage?? 😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ (And in one particular search, the neighbors house which was half the size w half as many bedrooms and bathrooms w less than half the land was valued $75k more!) So much for being more accurate than Zillow!!! Also, a lot of the time it can’t find the correct address. I will be deleting! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2018-10-20, version 1.5* I can’t even get the app to work. This is going to the trash! ### 1/5 — Bummer *2018-10-17, version 1.5* Can’t get app to do anything! I get logged in and then it just sits and spins. A brand new home, built in an upscale suburb of metro-Detroit, where they average retail Sqft price is $200. Upraze estimate came in at $68 a sqft, the National average is $130 for build cost! This was a new build and uPraze had no estimation capabilities for a new build. Even if this was not a new build, the estimate was so ridiculously far off. Zillow’s are at least in the ball park ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-10-05, version 1.5* This app is bad. Houses don’t show up because error message says “still expanding our maps”. Suggestion: Don’t launch and advertise an app that’s not ready and doesn’t work.
