### 5/5 — High quality app with extremely helpful information and tracking

*2026-03-20*

This is a fantastic resource for the spinal csf leak community. It was created by a doctor who specializes in csf leaks, and it is obvious from how well designed the app is that the doctor has an excellent understanding of both csf leaks and csf leak patients.

There are intuitive symptom and procedure trackers that include both guided checklists and open fields to add more details if you want. You can view a visual summary over time and can also export your data and notes to share with your doctor. I’ve just started using the app, but so far I really like the visual summary.

There is also a comprehensive resource section that explains csf leak terms, diagnosis, and treatments. I appreciate how the explanations are detailed yet easy to understand. The way the content is arranged into relevant topics and then each page is divided into sections makes it easy to read without getting overwhelmed or confused.

Another extremely useful feature in the app is that it guides users through the 48 hour flat test, which is an important test people do at home to give their doctors more information about whether or not their symptoms are positional. I was lucky that my neurologist gave me a form and explained the steps before she had me do the 48 hour flat test, but many people experience a lot of confusion about how to do the test on their own or before seeing a doctor who specializes in csf leaks. I think this app will make the process a lot easier for them.

I am grateful that Dr. Callen put so much effort into making such a useful app and then shared it with everyone even if we aren’t his patients.
