I am now presenting with a goal of 540 after achieving the goal for a week. That's 9 hours 🤣 is this a joke? Is there a way to configure the goal, or at least make it realistic and achievable? ### 2/5 — Worked for the first day *2026-06-18, version 3.0.19* After that. I can’t change any settings and it has me on super strict range. I will be returning ### 2/5 — Great device, lousy app *2026-04-09, version 3.0.16* The operate device works great. You can calibrate it to individual posture and it will vibrate to let you know if you fall into a slouch. The 3.0.16 app on the other hand, is very buggy. A lot of times it cuts out, fails to log time, or logs way too much time. I will be using it for an hour and then the app only log about 20 minutes. Or sometimes it goes the other way, where I’ll wear it for an hour and it will log something like 700 minutes. The app also seems to randomly specify goals for the day. Some days it will be 60 minutes, some days 90, and sometimes 120. It seems very random, and there’s no way to override or configure this. However the device arrived and I set out to create an account. This proved impossible as I never received the verification code and was sent on an endless loop of trying to open an account only to be told I had one already and should log in. To log in required a verification code which I requested countless times. Two emails to ‘support’ have been ignored. So I guess I’ve wasted my money on this useless piece of tat. Can’t recommend it or the non-existent support. ### 1/5 — Support ends when a new model is released *2026-06-05, version 3.0.19* Very disappointed with this company. I didn’t realise that once a newer model is released, support for older devices can simply disappear. My Upright device stopped connecting to my phone, so I contacted customer support expecting help with the issue. Instead, I was told that my model is no longer supported and was offered a discount to buy a newer device. I find it hard to understand why a company would stop providing troubleshooting support for a product it sold to customers and then try to sell them a replacement when a problem occurs. The message I received was essentially: we won’t help you fix the device you already paid for, but we’ll give you a discount if you’d like to buy another one. Customers should know that support for older devices may be withdrawn completely, and if something goes wrong, the solution offered may be to purchase a newer model rather than receive assistance with the product you already own. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work. *2026-06-02, version 3.0.18* Nothing happens when you click download. It really makes a difference in how I stand, sit, and move. It reminds me to straighten up and thereby I’m training my back muscles many times throughout the day. This also opens my chest and I breathe easier and deeper. A great tool and straightforward app. I did change the default for being buzzed from 5 to 15 seconds and recalibrate roughly once a month. ### 5/5 — Intriguing and fascinating *2024-08-02* I have been using this device almost daily, however, when I remove it in the evening or if I don’t use for the next 2-3 days I still feel the vibration when I stay in a bad posture for more than 5 seconds. The first time this happened I thought I had NOT removed the device from my back, even though I remembered removing it. When I touched my back the device was not there, even though I felt the vibration clearly! I wonder if the back muscles have memory, and knows that a bad posture is followed by a vibration. Can anyone let me know if you had a similar experience? Or does the app maker has an explanation for this phenomenon? ### 5/5 — Great for equestrians! *2023-08-31* I love this little devise! I use it in a pretty unique way. As an equestrian, I’m constantly working on my posture and position in the saddle. I pop this into the lining of my helmet, set the posture with my phone, and ride! Whenever I look down or my position goes to h***, it vibrates to warn me. I’ve used it in lessons, clinics, even shows. UprightGo-I think if you researched a bit, and made a few modifications, you’d find an entire new market! ### 5/5 — Wish I had starting using in a long time ago *2023-06-18* It’s been sitting in the box for three years! I’ve been having some upper extremity issues and I think that this is going to really help me. I can already see a change. My wife has been after me for years to improve my posture and my chiropractor has confirmed that some of my back pain is caused by not staying upright. The number of vibration alarms was a real eye opener to how often I slouched. My only criticism so far: the magnetic clips on the necklace open far too easily. Earlier, I was photocopying pages in my home office and then putting them in a binder. Nothing overly physical, just a cycle of standing up and sitting down.
