## What is UPS Access Point?

The UPS Access Point™ application provides the technology for registered and authorized UPS Access Point™ locations to perform the following four main services of a UPS Access Point™ location;
 
·         Driver Delivery 
·         Customer Pickup 
·         Customer Drop Off
·         Inventory Management
 
This UPS Access Point™ application also allows UPS Access Point™ location attendants to manage their onsite package inventory.  Accurate and timely scans allow customers to have accurate and up to date visibility to their package’s status.
 
The application is supported on iOS Mobile devices with iOS 13 or later installed.
 
For an optimal experience, please provide permission for the  UPS Access Point™ application to access your:

Le lancement de l’appli et catastrophique ça prend jusqu’à 10min d’attente, sans compter que parfois des colis se mettent sur votre stock alors qu’il est inexistant. Le portail sur leur site est incompréhensible pour nous et pour les clients.

Cette application, à cause de son instabilité, fait perdre un temps dingue à mes clients et moi. Pour 20 cents le colis, je songe vraiment à arrêter ma collaboration avec UPS pour cette raison. La prise de tête et l’attente ne valent pas la peine

Dall’ultimo aggiornamento ci vogliono almeno 15/20 la mattina perché l’applicazione cominci a funzionare; in più con i maledetti codici elettronici ogni tanto non dà la possibilità di scansionare il codice adesivo da attaccare poi. Prima funzionava tutto benissimo!
