But UPS changed the Dropbox and this app doesn't even work. Will be changing to FedEx. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2026-03-10, version 1.1.7* I was trying to ship an oversized box after hours and the app refused to recognize the box, so I couldn’t open it. I allowed it to use my Bluetooth, location services, I tried all sorts of troubleshooting and nothing worked. It also couldn’t find any other drop box locations near me. You download the app it brings it up and it just freezes. I’ve tried multiple times to remove it from my phone and reinstall it to no avail. What a joke. This is the second time.
