It weighed less than a pound. It’s was not labeled as fragile. It could have easily been placed inside the fence. It was left outside the fence in a rural area that has had mail theft and delivery thefts in the past the same as any other delivery locations that any delivery company delivers to. It would not have taken any extra time or effort on the drivers part to place the package inside the fence. ### 2/5 — Cannot follow truck *2026-08-20, version 10.33.1* If try from web doesn’t allow guest to follow using tracking#. When there is a package scheduled for delivery, I have notifications set up and I receive them. If I click on one, however, the app opens up and has no idea there are any packages on the way. I have to manually do a search if I have the tracking number. So strange. We moved into a new home on a new street. Registered with USPS, did all the correct things to be delivered mail and packages. The ONLY company that would not deliver packages to us was UPS. They said we had an invalid address. Even though it is new construction all others delivered to us. Navigating the app and the website was ridiculous. No way to update address without UPS saying it was invalid even though it is not invalid…. I receive my medical equipment from this courier and as I am going on holiday I telephoned my medical supplier and had my delivery brought forward, which they did. UPS have had the parcel for 4 days at the local depot now and even though they say every day they will deliver it that day, it never arrives!
