Breadcrumb/Upserve was an industry leader until acquired by lightspeed. The actual functionality is not bad at all but the corporate practices and customer service and pricing are bad.

There is currently no way to create a new account, or not easily shown within the app.

I can’t log into my account and there is no way to create an account.

I would like to see the ability to comp dollar amounts in the app as  full iPad version lets you do it. The void/comp section in this needs improvement.
