### 1.21.8 — 2026-08-17

• A smarter manager. It now tells you who's on your team and what they're working on, and assigns the right agent right away instead of asking follow-up questions. You can also ask it how to use UpServe.
• Refreshed Office and chat. Open an agent directly from the table or team board without leaving the screen, and keep what you were reading when you open other panels. A break room has been added to the Office.
• Clearer explanations when work stops. Also fixed: completed tasks showing "0/0", successful runs marked as errors, and the playback bar hidden behind the tab bar.

### 1.21.3 — 2026-08-15

• Introducing Office. See your team's workspace at a glance — who's working and who's idle — and start a conversation right from where they sit.
• Teams and chat got easier. Search now covers conversations and active tasks in addition to names, tables your agents create render as real tables, and onboarding has been redesigned for new users.
• Improved reliability. Approvals and replies are now kept in your chat history, stalled agents recover on their own, and we fixed lost run requests and notifications that led to unavailable screens.

### 1.19.11 — 2026-08-12

• A new Team Board is now in the app. See your organization, teams, and agents at a glance, and filter down to just the ones that need you — waiting for approval or repeatedly failing. Search is now a single tab that covers agents, conversations, and team chats together.
• Answering an agent's question now takes action right away. You can see what each choice will do before you tap it, and choices that are hard to undo ask for one more confirmation. Anything you've auto-approved is now collected in a new Approval Rules screen where you can review or revoke it.
• Fixed a number of issues, including Lock Screen progress not updating, empty message bubbles appearing, and comment formatting not rendering correctly.

• See what your agent is working on right from above the message box — long-running tasks now show the current step and elapsed time, and connection drops appear in the same place.
• Publishing a team to the marketplace now goes through the publishing coach, which reviews what your team members have memorized, flags personal details, and helps generalize it for others. Marketplace listings also group derivative presets under a single entry.
• Fixed notifications showing the wrong image, archived skills staying as the head of a skill stack, and canceled tasks appearing as "started" in team activity.

### 1.19.6 — 2026-08-09

• A refreshed chat screen. Message bubbles now have a clearer contrast hierarchy that reads well in both light and dark mode, and agent messages show the agent's profile picture.
• Cards, input fields, notices, and popups across the app now follow one consistent visual system. We also fixed panels that could blend into the background in dark mode.
• The Skills screen loads faster, and agent-modified skill copies now show what was changed. We also fixed a crash that could occur during chat.
