The cash line option is a scam. Stealing from American population. There not there to help but to scam like other lenders. I have paid the collection with Velocity Investments and informed Upstart of this. I also asked many times that they update my dashboard now that the account is paid for. I tried email first and received a generic, unhelpful response. Why have the application if I cannot use it and have to use your desktop site? The app worked just fine until mid July. Calling their phone number? Forget it because it’s all automated and you cannot get past, even saying “technical support” or “application support”.
