App went down for upgrades and was supposed to be back up February 3. Welp it didn’t come up. Pretty sad that you can’t get access to your money or pay bills. What a shame. You’d think with today’s technology it would take less than 4 days to upgrade a system. Contacted them and no ETA of when it’ll be working. I’ll be looking to bank elsewhere.

Horrible app. UI is atrocious, it’s down half the time but will throw the same message that it would with a wrong password. You’re a banking institution, splurge on decent and functioning app design

I have kept trying to deposit my check since last week with no luck, I have been baking with ufcu since years and recently move to another state, I can’t do the drive to be able to deposit check, I have try and try and yet no luck to deposit on the app

Thank you? Went on vacation cruise. Told my primary bank tellers in advance before leaving. Had to pay for outrageous ATM fees because card would not work any other way.

Trying to transfer money from one, say a savings to checking can’t do that, say your just trying to get into the app to see your paycheck, can’t do that, the app is always broken and bugs it’s a terrible experience for anyone that is having the same issues.

Best Bank there is. Chase and staff go above to help with any problems we have had. Always helping with our loans and questions we have. Would not want to bank anywhere else.
