## What is Upstate IP Voice?

Upstate Voice is the mobile companion to the Upstate Voice web portal—built for teams who run business messaging, voice, and fax from one place. Sign in with your existing account and pick up where you left off on iPhone or iPad.

Stay in touch
Send and receive SMS-style conversations in a unified inbox. Get timely updates with push notifications so you don’t miss important threads.

Voice that fits your business
Place and receive calls with a calling experience designed for everyday work: a clear dial pad, call history, and an in-call screen that keeps controls at hand. When your organization uses PBX mode, the app can connect to your phone system so inbound and outbound calling works the way your team expects.

Fax without the paper chase
Send and manage fax workflows from your device—designed to align with how you use Upstate Voice on the web, with a mobile-friendly flow for common tasks.

Built for how you work
Use the features your account is enabled for—such as calendar, contacts, or other tools—directly alongside messaging and voice, so your day isn’t split across a dozen apps.

Secure sign-in
Access is tied to your organization’s account. Your session is protected with sign-in flows designed for business use.

Note: Some capabilities depend on your organization’s plan, permissions, and administrator settings. If something isn’t visible in the app, your team’s Upstate Voice administrator can confirm which features are enabled for your tenant.

Support
For help, account access, or enterprise setup, use the support channel your organization provides or the contact information published for Upstate Voice customers.
