Give 1 star this app because not free to use why because I wish that free to use hopefully camera true I like this app. Please  change it I want it so much

This app has been super helpful. It sends me great reminders during my day to day to make sure I’m up and moving. Would definitely recommend!

I had back pain for the longest time. Believe it was caused by sitting too long at work. Of course PTs will prescribe stretches and workouts, but consistently moving is what helped the most and this app helped me move consistently during the work day.
