I am using upstox for last 4-5 years,   what you people are doing ? first removed Date quick tabs from option chain and turned it to Drop down menu, Later changed UI and option chain colour to whitish from Cream beige, which was more easy to read, Removed IQ charts, Cash Funds area not showing total funds after selling options, now this Limit Market Tab blunder with drop down tab, do you even know how tough it is to make position not knowinh if it is limit or market order when making positions quickly ? cmon upstox , this is non negotiable, market limit tab on order punching area is non negotiable

I’ve been using Upstox for trading and overall it’s a decent platform with low brokerage and a clean interface. It’s beginner-friendly and charts are useful.

However, there are some serious issues during live trading. The app often lags or reconnects during high volatility, especially on expiry days. I also faced order execution problems where the wrong order type (GTT instead of intraday) got placed, causing losses.

If Upstox improves stability and execution speed, it can become one of the best apps. Right now, it’s good for learning but risky for fast intraday and options trading.

Upstox is missing a fundamental feature that any serious investing platform must have.

There is no clear, stock-wise purchase history view showing:
	•	Date-wise buy transactions
	•	Quantity bought per transaction
	•	Buy price per transaction
	•	Dividend history linked to the stock

Global platforms like Robinhood provide this as a basic feature, yet Upstox forces users to download statements and manually calculate averages. This is inefficient, outdated, and unacceptable for long-term investors.

For users who accumulate stocks over months or years, this feature is critical, not optional. Without it:
	•	Tracking true average cost is painful
	•	Portfolio analysis becomes unreliable
	•	Tax and dividend tracking is unnecessarily complex

This is a serious usability and product design failure. Upstox positions itself as a modern trading platform, but lacks functionality that competitors solved years ago.

Adding a proper stock-level transaction and dividend history view should be treated as an urgent priority, not a future enhancement.

Until this gap is fixed, the app does not meet the needs of serious investors

I requested a withdrawal of my money from Upstox today at around 8:00 AM, and now it is 3:44 PM, but the status is still showing as “in process.” This is extremely disappointing for such a small amount of just ₹15,000.
Almost every other broker is crediting funds to the bank account almost instantly, but Upstox is taking hours just to process a simple payout. This kind of delay in withdrawal is not acceptable, especially when customers may need money urgently.
Very poor and unreliable service from Upstox. I am really unhappy with this experience and seriously considering shifting to another broker that provides faster and more responsible fund withdrawals.

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share some important feedback regarding the recent updates to your mobile app.  

The new version of the Upstox app seems to have become less user-friendly, especially for visually impaired users. The earlier version of the app was clean, simple, and much easier to navigate. It allowed users like me to easily access stock information, invest, and manage portfolios independently.  

However, after the new update, the interface has become more complex and less accessible. For visually impaired users who rely on screen readers and accessibility features, navigating between sections of the app has become challenging. This makes it difficult to invest or even perform basic actions smoothly.  

I sincerely request the Upstox team to take this feedback seriously and work towards improving accessibility and usability in the app. Making the platform more inclusive will not only help differently-abled users continue using your services confidently but will also reflect the company’s commitment to accessibility and equal opportunity for all investors.
