The app said that I have been venmo’d, but I never received the funds. 2 other reciepts have been pending for over a week.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your comment! We completely understand that the wait can be frustrating. I understand our team is assisting you through the customer support email thread. Please rest assured that everyone with valid receipts has received their full cashback.

Recently, we added a Plaid protection layer to help prevent receipt fraud and ensure cashback rewards go to real users. Along with a recent increase in submissions, this has made the review process take a bit longer than usual.

it’s been over 72 hours past the 24 hours advertised cash in period and my requests haven’t even been reviewed much less reimbursed. Clever marketing scheme to get food and never pay you back.
