I’m not paying a subscription for push notifications. Give me a one time in app purchase to unlock it and then I would consider it. It also needs a “simple” mode. The colored bars for history are not useful to me. I just want a ❌ or ✅ to know if something is up or down

Like most I can see the app works and is useful.  However the main worker is the self hosted server so an add on like this should have a one time purchase lifetime option not just monthly and yearly.
