### 2/5 — App is down too often

*2026-05-11, version 6.7.0*

App is down too often

### 2/5 — Apple Watch app?

*2026-02-07, version 6.6.0*

What happened to the UptimeRobot Apple Watch app?

### 3/5 — Alerts no longer work

*2025-12-12, version 6.5.1*

It used to be a good app. But now it doesn't work anymore. I got a new phone and it isn't recognized as a phone I can push notifications to. It still has my old phone for push notification. Which does nothing for me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and no matter what I can't get the iPhone to show up for push notifications.

### 3/5 — Can’t add url

*2025-11-10, version 6.3.0*

Not sure what’s happened but can’t find anywhere to add a new url to the 2 being monitored.

### 1/5 — The latest update made app unusable, can’t see monitors

*2025-10-06, version 6.2.0*

Not working..

### 1/5 — App is practically unusable after latest update

*2025-10-01, version 6.2.0*

None of the individual monitors are visible except for 4. I’ve got dozens on the actual website. Can’t use but a tiny fraction of the features found on the website. Needs a lot of help.

### 1/5 — Still broken..

*2025-09-17, version 6.2.0*

Even after a few updates only 4 monitors are visible out of my many others. When are you going to get this app back to feature parity with the old app?

### 1/5 — Recent update is disaster

*2025-09-17, version 6.2.0*

The most recent update seems to have eliminated a significant amount of features. My list of monitors is incomplete. I cannot drill down into any alerts. I’m not sure I can trust the alerting if the basic monitoring and features seems about 10% of what it was.

### 3/5 — Monitor > view all not working

*2025-09-14*

The view all monitor just show 4 monitors from Home Screen, rest of monitor are not shown. Now hope the shifting of Germany nodes to USA further improve things and app becomes more reliable life it was few years ago. Please add more nodes from india or Asia. App issues remains unresolved

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the recent update fixed the issue you were experiencing. We're continuously working to improve the app, and updates are being released in phases.

### 1/5 — Can’t see services that are down

*2025-09-10, version 6.2.0*

So confused what happened. App no longer shows which services are down. I’m sure it used to. Avoid this version. I’ll revise if this gets fixed.

### 4/5 — Lates App is missing the ability to see down monitors at a glance

*2025-09-04, version 6.2.0*

I use this app all the time, we have about 90 monitors setup for a range of different services.

The only issue with the current version is we can’t see at a flance which actual monitor is down, the monitors are not ordered by down first meaning you have to scroll through the full list and sometimes the list doesn’t load.

### 1/5 — Who sabotaged this

*2025-08-31, version 6.2.0*

Has to be corporate espionage. Only thing I can imagine that happened since there is no practical way in any world that anyone in their right mind would release an update for a monitoring service and you can’t even click to see what monitored devices are down???? Who cares about recent alerts. I want to see what services and clients are down. Then it constantly redirects you to a website where you have to multi factor authenticate. Just completely sabotaged and gutted. Someone should be fired

### 1/5 — Developers... You guys have ruined a perfectly working app...

*2025-08-30, version 6.2.0*

It's sad.

### 3/5 — 31 monitors… shows 4

*2025-08-28, version 6.2.0*

I can’t see all my monitors in this app

### 3/5 — New app not showing all monitors

*2025-08-26, version 6.2.0*

New app not showing all monitors

### 3/5 — New update disaster

*2025-08-26, version 6.2.0*

After the update , I can see monitor but when I go to see all… I can only see the few that was show earlier …

### 1/5 — New version is awful

*2025-08-24, version 6.2.0*

Can’t see what is down. That’s the whole point!

### 1/5 — Boo

*2025-08-23, version 6.2.0*

Bring back the old layout. Everything was visible on one screen! A response of "we're sorry we've made the app much worse, we've added some stuff to try to make up for it, but it's still worse" is not a good look.

### 2/5 — Who came up with this bright idea?

*2025-08-23, version 6.2.0*

V6.2 Update: I’m upping my rating for this “new” version of the app. Many features were brought in from the web. Many are still very buggy and not working but I’m glad that dev team is working on it. This version seem like an Android port or just web interface in the app. Sizing is not correct. Interface if floating beyond edges of the screen. Some buttons are overlapping with iPhone UX elements on the bottom. In view all monitors view I can’t see all my monitors only 4-5 at the time and different ones at that. Still no way to pause and archive monitors. Effectively app is still unusable but a step in the right direction. I’m just glad that these guys are clearly planning to fix all this stuff.

Original Review:
In every company there is that one guy who ruins everything with his bright ideas. It seems he decided to get involved with uptime robots app. And not only that but made it mandatory update. So is it incompetence or sale is brewing and new owners are not interested in providing service any more. Many successful small startups with perfect apps failed after bad app releases. And this isn’t weather or finances. Many people rely on this to run their companies. If this is a mistake I hope that one man’s ego and inability to admit a mistake is not gonna cost us all dearly. Please re-upload the old version and start over.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Random Webpage Redirect

*2026-07-02, version 6.7.0*

It keeps launching a website over and over anytime I navigate to any of the pages. The website does not load or do anything. The app needs some work for sure.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2026-07-01, version 6.7.0*

Used to be super useful, now any app navigation kicks you to safari on different links including marketing ones worthy of the adblocker's blank page they trigger.

### 1/5 — New update

*2026-04-19, version 6.7.0*

Please bring back seeing all the monitors to the front of the app. I now have to go to monitors that only shows some and click on all monitors to see the full list. There is also no way to delete a monitor in the app.

### 1/5 — Downgrade

*2026-01-04, version 6.5.1*

A truly awful downgrade. How can you not see this as a company? It's not your designer's fault, but management's fault.

Edit: uninstalled, I'm now using Uptime Kuma

### 1/5 — Latest version bug

*2025-12-25, version 6.5.1*

There is nothing you can do in latest update.

### 1/5 — One website allowed

*2025-12-03, version 6.5.0*

Only one website allowed with free version

### 1/5 — Downgrade

*2025-11-15, version 6.5.0*

A truly awful downgrade. How can you not see this as a company? It's not your designer's fault, but management's fault.

### 1/5 — Waste of an afternoon

*2025-10-30, version 6.3.0*

Most services behind paywall. Constant errors messages blocking payment to upgrade. Poor, verging on ignorant or arrogant (hard to tell which) chat support. Almost useless AI chat support. Easiest app to delete.

### 1/5 — It only shows 4 monitors

*2025-10-13, version 6.2.0*

I have 37 services being monitored. However the app will only show four. Why even have an app when only shows four random services? I end up having to log into a computer to view my services anyway. Time to find a real monitoring service.

### 1/5 — Broken app. Poor service

*2025-10-07, version 6.2.0*

iOS app is broken and won’t show more than four of your monitors. Repeated complaints go ignored. They seem to have failed due to too much success. Pick another provider.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — One website allowed

*2026-02-28, version 6.7.0*

Only one website allowed with free version

### 5/5 — Update 8/22 : They fixed the issue!! — Previous review “Recent app update is huge step backwards”

*2025-08-23, version 6.1.0*

Update 8/22 : Fair play to the devs for listening to the reviews and seeing the mistakes made.

Previous review : Not sure what the devs are thinking but this update is making me consider another monitoring service

### 5/5 — All appears well again.

*2025-08-23, version 6.2.0*

Thankfully it looks like the developers listened to users after getting panned for breaking functionality in v6.0. Everything seems to be functional again with v6.2.0. Raising from 1 star (review below) back to 5 stars! Devs please don’t break it again.

Previous review:
Broke with v6.0.0

This has been one of my most relied on apps, but the new update to v6.0.0 broke pretty much everything. Can’t see details anymore and can’t add new monitors from inside the app. Major step backwards.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-07-16, version 5.0.0*

Great for keeping your bots alive.

### 5/5 — Exceptional App

*2025-05-26, version 5.0.0*

This is how you build an app, make the user interface slick and simple with modern feel and focus on building an app that does EXACTLY what it should with ease and no bugs or issues.

Great app, highly recommend for anyone wanting to monitor website uptime.

### 5/5 — Se comporta excelente

*2025-05-16, version 5.0.0*

Cumple muy bien con el monitoreo de los diferentes servidores y servicios que tengo.

### 5/5 — Excellent for Alerting of internet Outages

*2025-04-26, version 5.0.0*

We have been using this site for work related internet outages. It alerts me before our NOC.

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-04-21, version 5.0.0*

Great

### 5/5 — Just what I was looking for

*2025-02-15, version 5.0.0*

A wonderful experience so far. Robust feature set for personal projects. The free version is more than capable and because of that I will probably pay for the subscription in the near future.

### 5/5 — Unbeliavable

*2025-02-12, version 5.0.0*

This service really gives me peace of mind! Thanks, everyone, for helping me live longer! :P
