Look like fraud. *2025-08-04, version 3.6.0* I ordered some of the product from this application few days ago, but there is no any update regarding this and no any customer service and no any response on email or anything, so it’s look like a fraud. I read couple of reviews regarding same. ### 4/5 — Fraud alert *2025-08-04, version 3.6.0* I ordered three piece co-ord set from their website on rakhi sale. And all i got is just a shirt. Their whatsapp msg to me clearly stated that I order a three piece co-ord set. Now if I am trying to return it , it shows that this product is not refundable. Contact number on their site is unavailable. I guess may be they are doing fraud only . My first purchase from them and I am so disappointed. ### 1/5 — Useless app and brand with pathetic customer support *2025-08-02, version 3.6.0* I ordered a dress and as mentioned in their terms and conditions, they do not provide refund in cash, they give the credits. When i finally tried using the store credits, they took away all the offers and discounts after applying the credits, which were present before, so that they can make money from that order as well. Such a shame! I am never going to order from this website or app. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-06-13, version 3.6.0* I ordered 2 outfits for 1805 rs from them on 19 may they sent me only 1 after almost 20-25 days in small package of 0.3 kg 🤣 and now they are claming we sent two outfits how two outfit will be fitted into 0.3 kg package god knows…they are fraud don’t order from them this app doesn’t have any reliable customer service so far. They pretend to be genuine but totally opposite. Never ever gonna order from them. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Support *2025-06-10, version 3.6.0* I had placed an order with Uptownie and I got a system generated message stating that the order is delayed with no clarity on why and for how long. This is a prepaid order and I have tried everything to reach out to the Customer Care team and have not heard anything back. My first order and the experience has not been great so far. I have messaged on Instagram and followed up but nothing. Same on the WhatsApp chat. Considering the target market, I have seen better service from other similar sites. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Scam. Fraud. Shameless company *2025-06-09, version 3.6.0* Please don’t order from Uptownie. I have had literally worst experience of my life shopping from them. Its been more than ten days, no update on my order, just unfulfilled tag on my order. Customer care never answers your calls, same automated replies and no updates on my order. I think I have lost my money. They have not dispatched the order yet. There is no option to cancel the order. The customer care is not giving any response. They are deleting all the real comments on Instagram. It’s my first and last time of ordering from this brand, I have ordered from many brands, but I haven’t faced any such issue till now ### 1/5 — UPTOWNIE IS A FRAUD *2025-05-03, version 3.6.0* I ordered a couple of items some time back, and I still haven’t gotten the same, I keep on getting false notifications that it will be dispatched and I will be informed of same through what’s app. Please don’t order otherwise your money will be stuck, they don’t give any option to cancel also. Please do not fall for the beautiful advertisement and trap laid down by these people . They are deleting all customer comments on same issue from Instagram posts and many other customers are suffering from the same issue, leaving reviews on trust pilot. Its been more than 15 days i have placed an order on uptownie, there are no updates on the order. I have call their customer service to cancel the order, they said it will be done via email only. I emailed them for the same, but no reply yet and they haven’t cancelled the order as well. ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2025-08-22, version 3.9.0* I had ordered clothes worth ₹4,000 for my vacation. The delivery was delayed, and by the time the package reached my home, I had already left for an international trip and there was no one available to receive it. Since I couldn’t connect with the delivery person, the order was marked as returned. When I came back, I requested a refund, but the company refused, saying they don’t have a refund policy and would issue store credit instead. It’s now been 4 months, and I haven’t received any refund or store credit.
