### 2/5 — Wenig Mehrwert, Design verschlimmbessert

Zunehmend Gewinnspiel-Kollektionen, die gerade für Vielflieger uninteressant sind - ohnehin eine Zielgruppe, die Uptrip offenbar kaum im Visier hat. 

Und das „aufgefrischte Design“ ist nun extrem unpraktisch, da die Gruppierung der Karten nun horizontal angeordnet ist und man nicht mehr vernünftig durch die gesammelten Karten scrollen kann - die ältere Version war aufgeräumt und gewährte einen raschen Überblick über die eigene Sammlung. Damit ist’s nun vorbei.

Der Support von Uptrip ist sehr kundenunfreundlich. Da gibt es z.B. ein Gewinnspiel von 100 Lufthansa Schlüsselanhänger. Geht man auf die Seite schon alle weg. Moniert man dies beim Support nach Wochen dann eine Antwort, kein Problem, es kommt jetzt jeden Monat ein Gewinnspiel, wo man dann solch einen Schlüsselanhänger ergattern bzw. gewinnen kann. Stimmt bloß nicht, es sind keine weiteren Gewinnspiele erfolgt. Wendet man sich dann wieder an den Support, bekommt man gar keine Antwort mehr 🤣😂. Ohne Worte 😶. Keine Wertschätzung. App nutzlos.

Tolle Idee um eine noch spielerische Kundenbindung zu schaffen und dabei wirklich massiven Mehrwert zu schaffen! Ich konnte dank UpTrip den FTL und schon öfters Internetguthaben usw erreichen. Tolle App und tolle Rewards. Danke!

It took me 4 tries to finish sign up because I was caught in a loop to put in the referral code and miles&more number. 

Adding picture and name to my profile does nothing and I’ve accepted the terms 3 times already. 

In 2026 you can vibe code a more stable app within 2 days…

Ich war 20 Jahre Statuskunde bei LH: 
- 10 Jahre FTL und dann - 10 Jahre SEN. 
Das war relativ leicht, weil ich beruflich unterwegs war. 
Nun privat würde ich gerne wieder wenigstens den FTL erreichen, aber das ganze M&M-Programm ist inzwischen so nervig, weil kompliziert mit tausenden Regeln und Challenges und sonst was. Hilfe!!! Ich möchte klare, einfache Regeln, die ich nicht ewig studieren muss. Da lerne ich lieber eine neue Sprache und verzichte auf den Status. 
Die Leute, die das M&M-Programm konzipieren, machen das hauptberuflich und kennen natürlich alle Details, aber der Customer (wie ich) benötigt ein einfaches Programm. 
Das meine ich mit der Überschrift „Customer‘s View“. Bitte mal aus Sicht des Kunden denken. Da ich auch beruflich mit solchen Programmen von Kunden befasst war, weiß ich, wie schnell die Macher der Programme die Bodenhaftung verlieren und gar nich begreifen, warum sich keiner mehr für ihr Programm interessiert. 
Ich glaube übrigens, dass die Kunden, die das Programm in allen Verästelungen begreifen und jedes einzelne Pünktchen sammeln, nicht die sind, die man gewinnen möchte, sondern eher kleine C-Customer sind. Die dicken Fische bekommen Sie so nicht (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) an Bord. 

Ich habe mich zunächst ziemlich geärgert über das neue Programm. Aber nun habe ich den Gedanken an die Erreichung eines Status entnervt verworfen. 
Schade, aber so kommen wir nicht zusammen.

Hatte Startprobleme beim Login (verschiedene M+M Nummern und E-Mailadressen). Das hat den Anfangsenthusiasmus etwas gebremst. Jetzt hab ich langsam das Gefühl, dass das Spaß machen könnte. Das „NFT-Ding“ finde ich zu kompliziert.

I can’t add any of my flights, either through booking number or image scan of boarding pass. I tried different booking numbers of my recent flights but nothing works. The page shows “Generating your cards” for a long time before always failing to generate my cards. Uninstall.
