It would be a good app if you mooks would actually listen to your reviews. Fix the lag and constant glitching, clowns. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2026-05-01, version 1.1.88* Love the time clock, the app is a total waste of time. Scanning feature does not work at all. You can manually add up your time cards far faster than entering them into the app. I’m surprised they use it as a selling point. ### 1/5 — Nice idea if it would work *2024-08-25, version 1.1.61* The punch system that you purchase works great. However, app is ruined by bad load times and unusable scanning software. It provides no edge whatsoever and makes the process harder, not easier. The app is absolutely horrible, it crashes, gives errors, is very slow, and does calculate the time correctly. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CLOCK BASED ON THE FACT THERE IS AN APP THAT GOES WITH IT. The clock alone works great, easy to use and easy to set up but the app isn’t worth the time I spent downloading or on online chat with IT which did not help any at all. Then later got an email saying my problem was resolved. Well it’s not, I’m still computing time by hand, not just using a different time card……. ### 1/5 — Product Good, App is Terrible *2023-06-07, version 1.0.41* Loading screens on the app are way too long. Using the scanner uploads corrupt information. There is no time saved using the app. Better off calculating by hand it would be much faster. Great idea to use the app, but possibly the worst execution I’ve ever seen using an app, and I have experience using apps day-to-day for business. If you’re like me and bought this product because the app was a good selling point, do not buy this product.
