## What is Upward?

Set your number. Meet it.

Upward turns your iPhone into a push-up coach: prop your phone to your side, and the camera counts every rep — automatically, accurately, entirely on your device. No wearables, no tapping, no losing count. And now it counts your squats and times your plank, too.

Tell Upward how many push-ups you can do today and where you want to be. It builds an honest, day-by-day plan to get you there — and adapts after every session. Crush a day and the plan pushes harder. Miss one and it rebuilds around you: a recovery day, softer targets, then back on the climb. And if your goal date stops being realistic, Upward tells you the truth and offers a better one.

THE COUNTER — FREE, FOREVER
• Camera rep counting with real depth detection — half reps don't count
• A big, beautiful count you can read from the floor
• A haptic pulse on every rep, so you feel the count land
• A Logbook that remembers: sessions record themselves, and push-ups done anywhere can be logged by hand
• Your first two training days included

THE COACH — SUBSCRIPTION
• Your full day-by-day plan, adapting after every session
• The second mountain: full squat coaching — test your max with the camera, get your own adaptive squat plan, climb to your own summit
• Plank, kept honest — the camera times your hold, and the clock only runs while the plank is real
• The Climb: your whole journey on one screen — a glowing route from basecamp to summit, camp milestones along the way
• Change your summit any time — raise it or lower it mid-climb; the days you've climbed stay climbed
• Progress that matters: max over time, weekly volume, streaks, clean-depth form — plus all-time totals for every exercise you log
• The full Logbook: squats, sit-ups, lunges, dips, and plank — camera-counted or logged by hand
• Optional reminders at the hour you actually train — and a heads-up before a streak breaks
• Rest timer on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island — put the phone down between sets and the countdown follows you
• Arcade Mode: a push-up game your body controls — dodge laser gates, build streaks, chase your best
• A daily line from the coach that knows exactly where you are in the climb
• Reach your goal and the next mountain unlocks — 50 becomes 75 becomes 100
• Share cards worth sharing

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything runs on your iPhone. The camera feed is processed live and never recorded, stored, or uploaded. Your progress backs up to your own private iCloud — so a new phone or a reinstall never costs you your climb — and we never see any of it. No account. No ads. No tracking. Workouts — push-ups, squats, and planks — can save to Apple Health, with your permission, like everything else.

Upward Coach is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual; 7-day free trial on annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in Settings.

• SQUAT COACHING — squats get their own full climb: test your max with the camera, set a summit, and follow a day-by-day plan that adapts. Flip between mountains in the Plan tab.

• CHANGE YOUR SUMMIT — raise or lower any goal mid-climb; your climbed days stay climbed.

• LOGBOOK — every camera session lands in your journal automatically, and you can log push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges, dips, and plank done anywhere.
• ALL-TIME — see what your training is made of: lifetime totals and percentages for every exercise you log.
• REST TIMER, ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN — the countdown now lives on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can put the phone down between sets.
• Plus a placement guide before your first camera session, and polish throughout.
