When I sign in to the app all I get is a blank screen nothing else just a blank white screen

The idea is good, but unfortunately in real life it is a useless product.
For example. This product allows you to track in the credit bureaus your credit history if you have an ITIN but no SSN.
But when you try to verify with an ITIN they ask you for additional documents, here is a list:

Using an ITIN requires two steps.
First, provide one of the following:
Permanent Labor Certification w/ USCIS application or authorization
Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
U.S. Work or Student VISA
I-765 Form

And here is the main difficulty. What if I don't have any of these documents? At the same time I have ITIN and credit cards. And I know a lot of people who are in a similar situation.
So, as I wrote, the idea is good, but in real life does not work.

App made my credit go down. I thought I was gone be able to make it go back up once I start using the app to build my credit but everything I click on doesn’t work. It’s a useless app. You cannot click on anything!!!!

I would strongly recommend this app. New and multiple tools that help either build or rebuild your credit (& educate you along the way). 
The owners are super genuine people that are invested in their product, which honestly goes further than almost anything else a company could do.
