## What is Ur Vitals?

Never lose your medical documents again. Ur Vitals is a digital safe to save your Medical Prescriptions, Medical Reports, and Medical Expenses. The community edition of the app is completely free for personal use. You can either scan the documents or upload them from your mobile. In the web app, you have an easy drag and drop feature to upload your documents. The documents are saved forever in the cloud and are available to access from anywhere with your secure login.

Get the reports directly from the participating Diagonistic centers or pathology labs directly into your app
