They told me they would be back in three minutes to solve the issue. I waited over 20 and still no help. I can’t change the address through the website and can’t cancel it myself. The layout of the cart has been changed as well and it’s a struggle just to be able to see what items are in the cart. It’s so disappointing because this app was perfectly fine before but these unnecessary have basically made it unusable. ### 1/5 — App moving slow & shutting down constantly *2026-03-20* I can’t use the app anymore cuz it’s so slow now, it constantly freezes and shuts down. Makes my phone overheat. No other app on my phone does this. ### 1/5 — Lack of categories, glitchy, not user friendly *2026-01-15, version 17.3* First there was no category for dresses / rompers, then there was for a few months, now there isn’t again. Frustrating because I can’t find any place on the app to browse the dresses. I could search “dress” however the navigation for search results is glitchy and needs work. Also, when an item sells out, I can no longer remove it from my cart and it just stays there blocking up the area. The general new setup of the cart page is very weird as the total and subtotal take up almost half of the screen so it’s hard to see what’s in your cart.
