I have faced issue with one vendor who refused to give the offer promised. They went an extra mile in fighting with vendor and compensate me with additional period of subscription which is actually good rather than leaving the customer without any response.

After I updated to new version, it doesn’t allow me to access my account. Tried several times but not success.
I used it frequently and git real benefits.

I’m on this app for over a year. It’s a great way to save money on everyday expenses. 
My only complaint would be that most of the coupons are applicable to venues that you may not visit. Example: You may have 10 coupons for your fav restaurant. But only 1 or 2 will be applicable to the specific one you frequent in (example) Al Saad where you live. Others maybe for far off places that you never go to (Wakrah or Pearl etc.). So that’s a total waste, as vouchers are venue specific. 
So while it looks like you have 1000s of vouchers, you actually only have a few. 
It would be awesome if vouchers could be used anywhere for a specific brand.

Not updated and most sores stopped the contract with them but still showing them as example al shefa polyclinic , upside down cafe and many stores , clinic and shops 

There is no contract line as well for customer support

The app worked fine before but when I wanted to open it today it kept repeating an error message that says “You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be adminurban.com...” I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and when I tried to login, the same message appeared and now I can’t log in anymore. I’m starting to get frustrated and I don’t know if this is an app bug or what.

The new update asks you to choose 5 of your favorite interests and when you press next it doesn’t move. Why would you update to a new version before testing it?! The old one was working well this one ain’t working

Almost a month i subscribed and I cannot get the access code. I got embarrassed in the restaurant for that issue. I have emailed the customer service and told me to update the app. But the update didn’t appear!! Customer support could help with my issue but no one took action!!
