I can’t see the full calendar anymore, which makes it harder to manage my schedule. Not being able to view the full upcoming month increases the risk of mistakes or cancellations, as I need to see all dates to avoid double-booking between my private clients and clients from the app. Because of this, I’ll be using the app less and adding fewer available hours. Everything has become more expensive, yet therapists are expected to absorb the difference while the platform protects its margins. Calling this “sustainability” doesn’t change the fact that it’s a pay cut for the people doing the actual work. Very disappointing decision. ### 1/5 — New app terrible *2026-01-06, version 6.0.1* The new up for Urban professionals is horrible. I really don’t understand why they had to change it, it used to work well, at least for me. Now this new app is the worse thing ever! ### 1/5 — New Update feels 10 years outdated *2025-12-13, version 6.0.0* I’m really disappointed with the new update of the app. My bookings have dropped by more than half, and I no longer have access to history or notes for both previous and new clients. Adding or removing hours feels blocky and not user-friendly, unlike the previous version where you can view the month. The font is too large, making me scroll unnecessarily, and the app feels very slow. The lack of colour differentiation makes it difficult to separate information compared to the last app. Overall, the update has been very frustrating and has had a direct impact on my work, which is the most concerning part. Compte actif pendant aller 2 jours et PAF compte inactif, après avoir envoyé 15 mails sans réponses,je me met sur leur site pour être en chat et là surprise il ne me trouve pas alors que j’ai l’application sur mon tél inactif mais on peut voir que mes documents sont à jour!!!
