It took at least three attempts to order a drink. The confirmation message was a template that had not been filled in. I was the first out of six friends to be able to place an order and it took over 10 minutes. Poor poor pour me another drink

You have to sign up to the app but once you do placing an order is easy, can use Apple Pay too.
