So we won’t be having those again. Meaning you’ll need to use the same email address for any restaurant that uses the same login service, or use a different credit card for each restaurant. It does not allow the same credit card to be linked to different email addresses. So if there were ever a data breach, you wouldn’t know which restaurant it originated from. ### 1/5 — Saved payment *2026-05-19, version 49.1.1* I used the app to order, when I placed my order I had my card from my previous order store and it didn’t work I didn’t have a wallet and couldn’t order, I then found a new card in my card and had to use it, I took 20 min to order and I almost didn’t eat ### 1/5 — Can’t use more than 1 gift card *2026-04-22, version 48.1.0* Implement a way to have more than one gift card used for entire order. Or it stays 1 star ### 1/5 — Fails at it most important mission *2026-03-05* The app is generally ok, but it’s main purpose is to order food and then pay for the order. The app fails at the payment process. It is incredibly frustrating that it allows us to save a credit card in our account but then asks for that card’s CVV every time we want to use it. It completely stops the process for me as I have to dig out my credit card to find my CVV to pay for the order. So aggravating. No other food app that I use does this. Why can’t the CVV just be saved like any other app that allows you to save your credit card info? Or, at least allow us to pay for the order using Apple Pay, if you are so scared to allow us to save the CVV info in our account. The second thing that bothers me about the app, is that there’s no section that shows current promotions. Every major food app that I use has a section that list the current promotions. If your purpose was to design an frictionless app that people use every day to easily order food from your restaurants, then I submit to you that these two oversights are not aligned with your goals. ### 1/5 — App Login Is Broken *2026-01-03, version 47.3.23* Some update left the app in a totally broken state, so I logged out and redownloaded the app. Now I can’t even log back in without getting a “Something Went Wrong” or “Network Request Failed” even though my internet connection is fine. “Powered by Thanx” huh? The app deleted the card I had entered in and saved on file and the only option was to manually re- enter the card information, which I did not have on hand or memorized.
