When you call customer service, for one they are not professional in their etiquette on how to assist customers, two they are not educated in app technical skills, three when you tell them that you have troubleshooted every which way and tell them that you just want your money back since the product/app they are supplying is faulty, they quickly tell you that they don’t do refunds and then start talking to you like you are a child. I have screenshots and emails of how disgusting they talk to people all because I wanted my money back for the crap they are trying to scam on us. They won’t be up for long. I was going to cancel the service because there wasn’t any new content after I watched the very little that was there. I received the email about the new updates, so I decided to wait until I cancel. After the updates, this app is no longer supported on Google TV/Chromecast! I told support this via email and they never replied back. I reached out on social media then someone replied to call them to discuss options! Options??? What effin options when I said that Google said the app is no longer supported?? I will assume that this company is broke and cannot afford to refund BLACK customers that supported this garbage!
